Role
I worked on content strategy and designs for a variety of brands like Kitsters, Leezu’s, Gush, Outback and more. These spanned across different sectors including beauty, food, fashion, and wellness. As a senior designer, I also worked closely with a few junior designers, guiding their work and helping maintain consistency across campaigns.

Concept
We aimed to create emails that were not just well designed, but also effective. The focus was on making designs that felt true to each brand while also encouraging clicks, opens, and sales. Every design choice was thoughtful, balancing strong visuals with real results.

Results
On average, campaigns saw a 20% increase in click-through rates and a 50% lift in open rates within the first few months. Seasonal campaigns, sales and new product drops often outperformed industry benchmarks, with some generating up to 3x higher revenue per email.
