Synva is a modern hearing care company offering tech-enabled hearing aids and at-home diagnostic services. With a focus on tech-enabled hearing aids and at-home diagnostic services, they aim to make hearing solutions more accessible, less clinical, and completely stigma-free. Their vision is to bring joy back to everyday moments through better hearing.

I worked with them to redesign their website and in-store banners with one core objective: to make hearing care feel approachable, human, and stigma-free.

Challenge

The main challenge with both the website and in-store banners was finding a way to communicate Synva’s warm, approachable personality, while also clearly presenting their services and product offerings. The goal was to create an experience that felt human and trustworthy. Especially for audiences who may be hesitant about hearing aids.

Concept

The homepage design balances a sense of medical trust with genuine warmth. I used a soft, uplifting color palette, real imagery of patients and caregivers, and simple icons to keep things clear and friendly. Key services like free hearing tests and home visits are easy to understand at a glance, and the layout flows in a way that naturally guides users through Synva’s products, real customer stories, and the impact they’re making in the community.

The in-store banners were designed to highlight Synva’s legacy and community impact. The banners reinforce trust while making the brand feel personal, compassionate, and locally rooted.

Result

The redesigned homepage made it easier for people to understand Synva’s services and take the next step with confidence. In-store, the banners brought out the core of the brand; its people, values, and community work. These design pieces helped make hearing care feel less intimidating and more warm, welcoming, and accessible.
